How to Transfer Via Mobile Banking

1. Login to BCA Mobile Banking by entering UserID and MPIN.
2. Click the "Transfer" menu. Then select the transfer method, and click BCA.
3. Press the "New Input" menu to enter the BCA account number.
4. Enter the nominal transfer that you will transfer to another BCA account.
5. Click "Next". And enter the transaction password.
6. Click "Continue". Delivery was successful.

How to Transfer Via ATM

1. First, look for an ATM machine (if a BRI customer, make sure it is a BRI ATM or has the ATM Bersama logo).
2. Insert your debit card into the ATM machine (the hole for inserting an ATM card is usually on the right)
3. Select the desired language for how to transfer money via ATM (Indonesian or English)
4. Enter the PIN (6 digit PIN that was created when activating the ATM card at the bank)
5. Select the "Transfer" menu
6. Click on the bank code list to view the bank code to which you want to transfer.
7. If you have found the bank code to which you want to transfer, select "Back".
8. Enter the Bank code and the destination account number.
9. Make sure your bank code and destination account number are correct. If you have, press True” Enter the nominal amount to be transferred, then select “True”
10. Enter the reference number (optional), then select “Next”
11. The details of the transfer transaction will appear including bank information, name, destination account number, amount of money transferred, admin fee and total.
12. Check again, whether the destination account number is in accordance with the name of the account owner.
13. If it is correct, select "Yes" while if there is incorrect information select "No".
14. Information will appear select the type of account, select "From Savings Account".
15. Wait a few seconds, the transfer receipt will come out of the ATM machine as proof of the transaction.
16. Then select “No” if there are no other transactions.
17. Your ATM card will come out of the ATM machine.
18. Make sure you take the ATM card back from the ATM machine, don't miss it.

2. Click the "Transfer" menu. Then select the transfer method, and click Mandiri.
3. Press the "New Input" menu to enter the Mandiri account number.
4. Enter the nominal transfer that you will transfer to another Mandiri account.
5. Click "Next". And enter the transaction password.
6. Click "Continue". Delivery was successful.
